ENTERTAINMENT
Make your event special with horse drawn wagon rides. Relax to the sound of natural beat of horse hooves through a beautiful locale.

OFFERING OUR CUSTOMERS:

A Ride through Tinicum- The event will consist of an introduction to Rex and Rocky, answering any of your questions, riding through the back roads. When we come back to the farm you will have time for a photo opportunity with the horses.

Hire out for Public Events– Add our wagon ride services to your event offering a unique experience for your attendees.

Wagon Rides at your location– Available for 2-4 hour events. We haul out our two draft horses Rex and Rocky as well as your choice of a 25 or 12 seat wagon.
FARM HELP
We have the equipment and the horse power to help you with your farm. Our services utilize horse-powered equipment that avoids compaction of fields, reduces carbon emission, and will provide less intrusive methods.

OFFERING OUR CUSTOMERS:

Spreading Your Manure Pile– Our horse drawn 3 yard spreader is perfect for spreading manure on your pasture or preparing a seedbed for your market garden. All jobs require a mechanical loader and operator which we can provide and operate at an additional cost.

Mowing Your Fields– Our horse drawn sickle bar mower unlike mechanical brush mowers do not leave windrows. We are able to cut anywhere between 3″-8″ on fairly flat terrains that are pre-cleared of debris.

Dragging Your Pastures with our Harrow- Our horse drawn harrow is able to break up existing manure piles on your pasture to spread as fertilizer and decrease larvae growth of nuisance flies.
LOGGING AND DEADFALL CLEAR OUT
Utilizing the power and maneuverability of the horse we are able to get into areas that many machines cannot. We also cause minimal disturbance to the natural settings without the noise, tracks, compaction, and pollution caused by industrial equipment.

Logging and Deadfall- Trees that have already been felled by yourself or the environment are prepared and then skidded to a destination of your choice (or removed from the property completely).
SHEEP/LAMB
Our breed of Katahdin sheep were originally developed in Maine in the 1950s. This unique hair breed has spread across the states. We raise our sheep on pasture where they are managed carefully, avoiding parasites and harm from predation. We take pride in the genetics of our flock and the health of our animals.

OFFERING OUR CUSTOMERS:

Breeding Stock– Our healthy ewes can become the foundation of your new flock. Our Rams are available to be purchased or for seasonal breeding.

Pasture Pets– Our breed of sheep shed their wool naturally and require minimal maintenance making them an ideal pasture pet. We offer yearly service for trimming and vaccines to keep your pet happy and healthy.

Flock Consultation– In person or over the phone meeting to review your flock. Subjects may include animal management, pasture rotation, and equipment.

Lean Carcass Grass Fed Lamb– Katahdin sheep as a breed is known for its lean meat and mild taste. Our lamb is only sold whole and can be hauled to the butcher of your choice or one we recommend for preparation.
